Moving pt.2

Happy Saturday to you all! Though the weather here in Seattle is chilly and extremely windy today, it makes me so happy and grateful that I have a warm home and a roof over my head where I can write this blog, and share a part of my life with you all. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blogs. It truly is so heartwarming to hear from you, that you've enjoyed it thus far. As promised, here are the answers to the questions my dear friends had at my fundraiser, except for one. The subject of Moses and the Adoption will be in my next blog :)). Though some questions have been asked before, I hope that the information below can shed some more light on this continuing journey I'm setting out on.

Will I be adopting an adult? (not going to lie, this one was hilarious!! LOL)

~ This question seriously was funny and a bit embarrassing, but nonetheless it was a great icebreaker to our Q&A, thanks Darlene & Adrianne. To answer honestly, I couldn't really say yes or no as possibilities are everywhere. What I can say is that that is not my focus at all. Between all the different projects I'll be working on, trying to adjust to life in Kabale, and taking care of a toddler, my time will be gone before I can probably even blink. But we shall see, right? ;)

What will you be doing there?

In my blog, 'Commonly Asked Questions', you'll find the answers to this question with more details.

Where will you be staying?

Not sure yet, but I'm hopeful to find something soon.

How can people continue to help sustain you financially or otherwise?

Honestly, prayers for health, wisdom, guidance, grace & protection are most needed. Fiancees are needed as well, but that goes without say as of the circumstances of where I'll be and what I'll be doing. I've said it to some of you but if anyone is interested in coming to physically see what we're doing there, feel free to let me know! We love having visitors come, whether it's short or long term. Learning and experiencing a different way of life is rewarding and humbling all at the same time.  It truly changes your life when you see what your prayers and finances do in poverty stricken areas.  So, plan a visit and come see first hand your impact. :))

Please contact me if you'd like to donate, laz_1ofakind@yahoo.com OR you can donate directly through www.paypal.com/ using the above email.

Where will the money go?

For those that want to help by donating finances, they will help with the following: ~ Myself and Moses, living expenses, school fees, etc. ~ The Souvenir Project I want to start for abandoned and abused women ~ Buying food, or necessities for people I encounter daily, as that honestly happens pretty much every day.  ~ Providing basic medical care, dental supplies to anyone that needs it and comes to me for help

If you're interested in any of the other projects I'll be part of and want to donate specifically to them, please let me know when you contact me.

I know this was more of an informational blog, but hopefully you enjoyed it and have a better understanding of the mission ahead. :))

It’s Gonna Be Ok

Life as a missionary has a tendency to keep me humble and in constant daily checkins with God. Lately, I’ve been feeling really broken and isolated. This entire virus situation has affected us here as
